

Do you know how I could go about uninstalling those drivers (where they are located) so that I can try a fresh install of the scanner and software? I feel like I should mention that I work at a hospital and this issue is on the reception PC. I think I had the scanner connected at the time though. OJKid - I've already installed the isis and twain drivers. The scanner and cable are both only a couple months old and both worked on the previous machine less than a day prior. That may not be true but I tried anyway just to rule it out. I read somewhere online that the FI-6130s don't agree with 3.0.

Peter - Yes, I've tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0 if that's what you're asking.
